  1. pg. 21, line 7 : (r-k)(r-1)(k-1) >= 0 is the correction. [Phil DeOrsey spotted this one.]
  2. pg. 57, line 20: the orbit (5 10 20 19 17 3) should be (5 10 20 19 17 13). [Jenny Diemunsch spotted this.]
  3. pg. 74, line -6: smallest unknown Hadamard matrix has n = 668.
  4. pg. 110, line 12: "b >= v - r + 1" should be "b >= v + r - 1".
  5. pg. 120, problem 5.5 (a): "(7,4,3)-BIBD" should be "(8,4,3)-BIBD". [Jenny Diemunsch spotted this also.]
  6. pg. 127, line 7: "Theorem 6.1" should be "Theorem 6.10". [Jeremy Doan caught this one.]
  7. pg. 154, problem 6.6: Part (a) "Prove that m <= 2n" should be "Prove that 2m <= n". Part (b) "and m <= (s+1)n." should be "and (s+1)m <= n." [Cathy Erbes spotted this.]
  8. pg. 160: Lemma 7.10 and Corollary 7.11 are identical statements.
